MS in Petroleum Engineering, 22+ year of experience
Andres Yrigoyen is the founder of YH Provider Consulting . Yrigoyen was graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 2004 . Yrigoyen is a former Halliburton, Frontender, and PDVSA senior engineer .
